A creative Palworld player has found a way to capture Zoe and Grizzbolt, one of the bosses players will naturally come across earlier in the game. Palworld has quickly become one of the most popular games on Steam by providing a sandbox that combines the fun gameplay loop of the monster-catching and survival genres.

SincePalworld’s first trailer, many gamers have been taken in by the various activities that the title held, including the ability to capture cute Pals that bore a familiar resemblance to Pokemon and also force them to wield weapons. This has earned the game the nickname “Pokemon with guns” across the internet. The title, however, held a surprise that was revealed when the game launched in early access, which was that Palworld players had the ability to capture humans in Pal Spheres, the game’s version of Pokeballs.

Now, fans of Palworld have learned that nothing is seemingly off-limit in the game after one player has figured out how to capture Zoe and Grizzbolt, one of the game’s earlier bosses. According to the player, going by the handle windowhihi on Reddit, the first step that gamers must take is to acquire the Wanted status by attacking and killing an NPC like a Pal Merchant. The next step is to enter the Rayne Syndicate Tower, where Zoe and Grizzbolt are, but it is important to note that the player must not attack the bosses. Instead, the player must wait until the Palpagos Island Defense Force (PIDF) enters the tower and attacks the boss once.

By having the PIDF attack first, it forces a glitch where the boss freezes and now has a 100% capture rate. All that is left is for the player to throw a Pal Sphere at Zoe and Grizzbolt to capture them before returning to base. According to windowhihi, Palworld players can capture other Syndicate bosses in the game using the same method.
