Dual sense controller issue - PlayStation VR2 (PSVR2) Forum - Page 1
Hello everyone,
Can someone help or guide me to how to fix controller issues… the controllers work fine but not with any games… why? is an update coming out?
That's strange. If it's just one controller, maybe a reset on it would fix it if you haven't tried already. If it's more than one controller, I'd think it's a system issue, but I'd first try resetting all the controllers before trying anything more time consuming.
@GKT thanks for the reply. I have done every reset, rebuilt the database and reset the controllers and still nothing!
@ChrisG583 Gotcha. That's such an odd issue, and a frustrating one I'll bet. I just looked at this reddit thread and yeah, this issue would annoy me lol. In that thread, there's a link to this site with a list of things that have apparently worked for others with this issue. From what I read, my next step would be to check the shoulder buttons. I've successfully popped them out and back in before by following this video (2:00 minute mark for the shoulder removal). Warranty will probably be voided though if it's still under one. Hope something works!
