But the creepy factor surrounding Pals goes further, as one Palworld player discovered that one of the creatures has a Paldeck entry that's far from family-friendly.
Reddit user Kenkaboom discovered that Hangyu has a creepy Paldeck entry revealing that the Pal was part of a torture method. The player shared the screenshot with text saying that the Ground-type Pal's giant arms are powerful enough to rip apart iron. But the darkest part of the Paldeck entry says that Hangyu was used to kill serious criminals. The method was particularly cruel: criminals would be strung up in a public square, with a Hangyu tearing the skin from their bones. Although Hangyu has horrifying lore, the Pal isn't that scary in combat. On the other hand, the creature is a good option for early-game players who want an efficient way to travel through the air, as Hangyu can be used as a sort of glider.
