An Overwatch fan makes a huge collector's find at a garage sale, snagging a great deal on a Widowmaker statue at the sale. The expansive roster of characters from the Blizzard team shooter has served as one of the most popular facets of the franchise since its debut, with characters like Tracer and Genji becoming fan-favorites. The game's popularity has led to a wide variety of merchandise, featuring everything from Overwatch figures and statues to apparel. Now, one fan has found a particularly rare piece of Overwatch merchandise at a garage sale.

Overwatch offers a plethora of ways for players to show their love for their favorite members of the game's cast. The shooter features a wide variety of character skins for players to choose from, featuring extravagant re-designs and re-imaginings of the roster. Overwatch 2 also offers a «Player Progression» system for its individual characters, with raising the player's character level offering exclusive rewards like icons and name cards. Now, however, one fan has discovered a particularly rare statue of a popular character at a garage sale.

Reddit user Patato showed off their rare find on the Overwatch subreddit, discovering a Widowmaker statue at a garage sale. The photos show the official Widowmaker statue released by Blizzard, claiming to have purchased the statue for only 35 euros. The photos show the Overwatch garage sale find in surprisingly good condition as well, not featuring any noticeable marks or scuffs on the figure.

The replies saw many fans surprised by the steal the user got on the valuable Widowmaker statue. One fan confirmed that the statue originally sold for $180 USD from Blizzard, with many second-hand listings fetching even higher prices. Others smartly suggested that the poster clean the statue before displaying it in their home, with the user confirming that they had already cleaned and sanitized the figure. The user also confirmed that they were unaware of the high value of the Overwatch merchandise
