Arrowhead Game Studios has promised to compensate players who were not adequately rewarded for their heroic service in Helldivers 2, with promised loot going missing amidst a chaotic launch experience. When you can get a game, the cooperative shooter is some of the most outrageous fun on the market, so this is hugely welcome news.
The developer pledged the latest patch notes for the PC version, promising as compensation for any lost rewards, «an increased reward event», although further details were not forthcoming. Arrowhead's latest supports Crossplay between the platforms, and its pattern so far is to release the PC patch first and follow up with the PS5 update. Patch 1.000.005 purports to have «fixed the daily and difficulty progression error», so we'll eagerly await its arrival on PlayStation.
