BlizzCon’s return to an in-person event is coming in early November, but if you haven’t gotten your hands on tickets yet, tomorrow is your last chance. Not only is a new block of tickets going on sale, Blizzard has released the first peek at what we can expect at the event.
Tickets are going on sale at noon PDT on September 29th through AXS and are being sold once again, in two pricing tiers. For $299, you get the standard general admission ticket that lets you into all halls on both days, access to the BlizzCon store, in-game loot, and an official backpack. For the not so small price of $799, this +$500 upgrade gets you all of the general admission benefits, along with separate security and registration lines, early entry to the convention lounge on both days, and an exclusive lounge for private viewing, concessions, as well as fun things like gameplay experiences and employee meet and greets.
For those of us who won't be making it to Anaheim, the arena content will be livestreamed, including all of the presentations. What was once known as the “Virtual Ticket”, a chance for extra content and in-game goodies, is now known as the “BlizzCon Collection” and they’re not ready to reveal details on that just yet. But as we’re just about to enter October, expect those details pretty soon.
The details Blizzard is revealing today with the ticket sale news comes via an infographic listing the programming throughout the two-day event. While many are returning, like the opening ceremony, where we can expect reveals, and the general overview, along with March of the Murlocs, and community night, some are new or set to feature new stuff.
