The real Diablo 4 begins after you finish the campaign. Everything Blizzard fans want — huge world events, repeatable hunts, and difficult dungeons — are all found in the endgame. You can’t even begin hunting for the highest tier loot until you’ve unlocked the top World Tier difficulties. At World Tier 3 you’ll unlock new Sacred rarity items. These items are above even Unique gear. If you’re aiming to truly optimize your build, here are the basic methods for farming.
Unfortunately, the endgame isn’t nearly as structured or easy-to-navigate as the standard campaign. Much of the endgame content is extremely randomized — Whispers of the Tree is a hunting event that resets periodically, while Nightmare Dungeons are totally random and only unlock after finding rare Sigils.
