The team behind the incredibly ambitious Fallout: London, a fan-made spin-off to Bethesda's hit post-apocalyptic series, just shared its "Final Progress Video", revealing that Baldur's Gate 3 Astarion actor Neil Newbon is part of the cast.
As reported by PCGamesN, we don't know who he's playing yet, but the character shown off during the announcement looks an awful lot like Neil Newbon. So we know he's not a robot or monster, at least. We also don't know how significant his role is, but Fallout: London is launching on April 23, so it's not long yet before we can find out for ourselves.

Neil Newbon is also known for playing Elijah Kamski in Detroit: Become Human, Karl Heisenberg in Resident Evil Village, Nicholai Ginovaf in Resident Evil 3 Remake, and Simon Walker in Hollyoaks.
The game takes place in 2237, set between the original two Fallout games and 50 years before the fourth game. But since FEV did not reach London, a lot of the series staples won't be present - you won't find super mutants, centaurs, or deathclaws on the tube.
Vault-Tec is also an American company, so none of its signature bunkers will be dotted about the English metropolis. That being said, there are vaults, but they're "entirely different". As
