Publisher Microids revealed new game on Monday. The 3D platformer takes place in the magical world of the iconic cartoon characters.
The Smurfs – Dreams is developed by Ocellus Services, and will see players navigating the Smurfs’ dreams. In the game, Gargamel has cast the Smurfs into a deep sleep, and in order to get out, the Smurfs must navigate a nightmarish dreamscape in order to save the day and also restore peace in Smurf Village.

The Smurfs – Dreams will allow for solo or co-op play, and feature four different worlds with 12 levels. 16 mini-levels will also be included in the game. Throughout the world, players can also complete various challenges or find surprises throughout each level, and also customize their Smurfs through the use of collecting magical orbs and boss tokens.
First created by Peyo in his 1958 comic strip, the Smurfs became a hot collector’s item in the 20th century. They’re best known for both a hit 1981 Hanna-Barbera cartoon and a series of successful films starring Katy Perry.
The Smurfs – Dreams is set to release sometime in 2024 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
