The newest patch notes reveal changes across a spectrum of areas in Rise of the Ronin, from combat to navigation.
The samurai RPG Rise of the Ronin is a PS5 exclusive that follows the story of a Ronin, a samurai without a master, set in the Bakumatsu period of Japan. Since its release on March 22, the game has gone on to receive positive reviews, naturally drawing the interest of players. Thanks to the niche's rising popularity following releases like Nioh and Ghost of Tsushima, Rise of Ronin's take on Samurai and Japan has already struck a chord with a sizable audience.
Rise of the Ronin developer Team Ninja recently released updates 1.02 and 1.03 within the space of a few days. In the 1.02 update, which launched on March 29, the developer brought a range of different fixes. The patch notes reveal that a bug where the enemies would become invincible or would have their character models or weapons disappear has been resolved. Moreover, the update also sorted out a bug in which an obtained skill or gadget stood a chance of getting lost for no reason. This particular bug fix will be retroactively implemented, meaning that those who lost unlocked items due to this bug will get those items back without starting a new campaign.
