The tweet from CharlieIntel revealed that Frank Woods may be unlocked as a pre-order bonus for Black Ops 6, but didn't specify which references or files found by data miners indicated the character's status as a pre-order bonus. With Microsoft gearing up to potentially reveal Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 soon, it's likely that the company has already determined what bonuses it intends to use to sweeten the deal for prospective customers.
Woods has many fans thanks to his long history with the series, and he even appeared as a revived Archetype in Black Ops 4, long after his presumed death of old age. But the passage of time in the Black Ops timeline would ensure that Woods would be too old
