In case you missed it, there seems to have been an undocumented Cataclysm Classic hotfix, which made Rare Dungeon gear tradable between group members. This has the same restrictions as usual, that being a 2-hour window that only ticks down while the character is logged in, and items are only tradable to players who were eligible for the loot to begin with.

This fix does not appear to be retroactive.
