The introduction of Paradox Pokemon in the latest installments of the Pokemon franchise has inspired an influx of new creative projects from the community, with one fan recreating the fan-favorite Walking Wake in a style based on the sprites used in Pokemon Gold and Silver. The dinosaur-like Paradox Pokemon based on the legendary beast Suicune rapidly caught the attention of Pokemon fans after it was first revealed alongside Iron Leaves during this year's Pokemon Presents event.
First encountered in the most recent Generation 9 titles, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Paradox Pokemon are mysterious alternate forms for certain Pokemon that sport distinctive deviations from their original designs. Each version has an entirely different variety of Paradox Pokemon to offer, with many of these unusual Pokemon's designs being based on futuristic concepts and others inspired by prehistoric creatures instead. Two new Paradox Pokemon, based on the legendary Pokemon Suicune and Virizion respectively, were recently brought to the game after their announcement on Pokemon Day, and are obtainable via limited-time Tera Raid events that will run until March 12, 2023.
