The cake itself is a chocolate Swiss roll that was frozen, then rolled into a light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake with a layer of sweet cream filling. The outside of the roll is a light blue color, similar to Poliwag's skin tone, while the inside of the cake features Poliwag's signature swirl pattern, made from dark cocoa.
