This time, an inventive Pokemon fan has created a statue that impresses with its size and detail, showing their version of one of the most powerful Gen 9 Pokemon.
Reddit user clawsandtalons has created a nearly life-size statue of Chien-Pao. The incredible reproduction of the Pokemon was made from rigid insulation foam and liquid foam to act as glue, with the outside made up of paper mache and acrylic paint. According to the OP, the Chien-Pao statue took seven weeks to complete, resulting in an incredible rendition worthy of Gen 9's most powerful Ice-type Pokemon.
Chien Pao is a Dark/Ice-type introduced in Gen 9 that, along with Wo-Chien, Chi-Yu, and Ting-Lu, makes up the quartet of Legendary Pokemon known as Treasures of Ruin. Chien-Pao, in particular, is a feline with an elongated body made of snow, and its claws, whiskers, and eyes are made of ice crystals. The detail of its appearance that most catches the eye, however, is its large fangs, which consist of two parts of a broken sword, which are Chien-Pao's true form.
