While similar torch-like transmogs exist in the game, they take the form of weapon transmogs, which aren't held like a proper torch, though this toy isn't purely cosmetic either, providing illumination within a moderately sized area.
That said, it can't be used as a weapon either, cancelling upon using an ability or taking damage.
Compared to NPC torches in Duskwood, the Cave Spelunker's Torch emits a respectable amount of extra light.
