In several interviews over the last couple of weeks, Cataclysm Classic developers have been giving players some insight into their thought processes, plans, and goals for the latest WoW Classic expansion. One topic that has surfaced multiple times in these interviews is the presence of the Raid Finder tool in Cataclysm Classic.
While the developers have insisted that Raid Finder will not make an appearance in Cataclysm Classic, they have also stated that they are open to player feedback on the matter.
Raid Finder, also known as 'Looking For Raid' or LFR, was originally introduced in patch 4.3.0 for the final Raid Tier of Cataclysm — Dragon Soul. So, it would make sense that the feature would not be present at the beginning of Cataclysm Classic, but should it return at some point in the future?
What is your opinion on the Raid Finder feature? Does something like this belong in WoW Classic, or will it further reduce the social aspects of the game? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
