Coming armed with the best weapons in to such targets.
Enemies with Scholar-type blood also have a chance to drop Mourning Lilies. These creatures can appear all over the map but favor congregating in human religious areas. But, some more fiendish beings like the Witch and Harpy are also Scholars.
A more reliable means of gaining Mourning Lilies is to grow them directly in the safety of your castle. These will first begin as Mourning Lily Seeds. You can collect them by killing Giant Rats summoned via your Vermin Nest or purchase them with copper from merchants in throughout Vardoran. Just place the seeds in a Growing Plot, and they will sprout in real-time.
Mourning Lilies are only desirable if you are making refined products out of them. There are a few evergreen options, along with gear that is useful up to a point of progression. Still, it is a good idea to have some of these flowers sorted for emergencies.
