This means you have tospend time progressing in the game before you can use the Guided Missile Launcher and unleash its power. Getting this weapon puts you in a position to take out a lot of enemies really easily.
To get the Guided Missile Launcher in, you need to reach level 55 first. This level unlocks the recipe for the launcher in the Technology menu. After that, you'll use Technology Points to unlock the recipe. Make sure you know how to get and use technology points so you can have extra every time you need to unlock a new technology since they don't come as often as some would like.

Next, you'll need to build a Weapon Assembly Line II, which you can unlock at level 47. You need 30 Nails, 100 Refined Ingots, and 10 Circuit Boards to do this. The Weapon Assembly Line II also needs power, so you’ll have to build a Power Generator. The Power Generator can be unlocked at level 26 and requires 50 Ingots and 20 Electric Organs. Don’t forget to assign an Electric Pal to the generator to make everything work.
