Aplayer discovered that there is a way for scammers and cheaters to gain access to all PC data, including passwords, control over players' PCs, and even install apps without the user noticing. Though these claims on the surface seem terrifying and have made players want to quit altogether, there is crucial information that may not be understood by those reading about the data vulnerability.

A comment on the Reddit post explains this perfectly, as user TrombonePlayingCat writes, "While it is detailed in the article, those who do not read the article from start to finish may not understand the full process for this «hack» to work, sparking fear and causing players to cease playing
While this is definitely something that needs to be patched and fixed, as scammers could and have gone to great lengths to steal players' data before, the likelihood of this exact hack
