The latest episode of My Demon picks up from where the previous one left off. Demon Gu-Won breaks up with Do-Hee, leaving her heartbroken and alone again. Meanwhile, Do-Hee ends up spending the next few days in a trance. All she does is sleep, drink coffee, and search for the same information on a tab. Until one day, she decides to meet a lawyer in charge of the case related to finding Noh Suk-Min.
Do-Hee realizes that the lawyer was her date when she thought of getting married. He pledges to find Suk-Min. Meanwhile, news about police not finding Suk-Min’s body becomes public. After his interaction with Do-Hee and Gu-Won, he ends up falling into the Han River, but his body is nowhere to be found. This makes his whole family anxious, including his wife Kim Se-Ra.
Later, Gu-Won asks his assistant, Park Bok-Gyu, to head the Sunwol Foundation until he returns. He vows to stay away until Do-Hee finds her happy ending without him. He has a long and honest conversation with Jin Ga-Young about realizing their identities and how their stories turned out. They discuss how nothing beats their nature
