director James Gunn has revealed whether or not he received any help with the script and how me manages to balance press with his DC Studios work.
When asked on Twitter about if anyone other than himself contributed to ‘s script, Gunn firmly established that he wrote it entirely himself. The director replied with, “No no assistance.”
No no assistance.
Another user wondered how Gunn managed to both do press for and work on pre-production for. The director explained that the Superman movie was left in the “capable hands” of the movie’s “production designer, costume designer, casting directors, and executive producers” while he’s touring. Gunn said he is also able to see auditions online from where he is and that he’ll start to see designs when he comes back.
I left Legacy in the capable hands of our production designer, costume designer, casting directors and executive producers to be taken care of while I go on the promotional tour. I’ll start to see designs when I come back and I see auditions online from here.

The DC Universe’s first phase, called Chapter One: Gods and Monsters, will feature a multitude of different movies and television shows. A few of the announced projects include , a Batman and Robin-focused movie called , a Supergirl movie titled , a film, and multiple TV shows.
