Actor Jeremy Renner is making incredible progress after his horrific New Year's Day accident in which he was run over by a snowplow and broke 30+ bones. Renner, who wasn't sure he would survive his injuries, posted a video on Instagram recently showing how far he's come in such a short period of time after the traumatic injury.
In videos posted on Twitter and Instagram, Renner can be seen jogging on what appears to be a microgravity treadmill from Boost Treadmills. He captioned the video, «First attempt at a very light jog with weight-assisted lift for the broken tibia.»

Yes, that's correct, the Hawkeye star is not only already back jogging, but he is doing so on a broken leg.
«It's a new movement that I’m not used to… Walking and jogging are very different muscle groups,» Renner said in the Instagram video specifically (via The Hollywood Reporter). «The leg's still broken, thank goodness for the titanium.»
Renner suffered horrific injuries in the accident when he was trying to save a family member, including the broken bones, his eye popping out of his socket, and a jaw that needed to be held together with rubber bands and screws. He needed multiple surgeries.
His treadmill video is not the first example of Renner getting back to his workouts after the accident. He actually got on an exercise bike in February.
