Mortal Kombat 1 will release globally on the PS5 from 19th September, 2023, however that date only applies to standard copies of the game. Those who purchase either the Premium Edition or Kollector's Edition will get Early Access, and will be able to play from 14th September, 2023.
Mortal Kombat 1 is available to pre-order ahead of its release date, and there are a variety of bonuses and Collector's Edition options available. As such, we've included all of the details below.
Everyone who pre-orders Mortal Kombat 1, either physically or digitally, will receive the pre-order exclusive playable character Shang Tsung. Those who pre-order on PS5 will also be able to participate in the title's online beta, which is currently scheduled for August 2023. These pre-order bonuses will be available with all versions of the game.
Mortal Kombat 1's Standard Edition is the vanilla version of the game, available from 19th September, 2023. It costs £64.99/$69.99.
