Sony could be ready to swing into theaters with new films as the company has just reserved dates for two untitled Sony/Marvel movies, according to a recent report from Deadline.
The report mentions that Sony’s set two dates for upcoming films; November 8, 2023, and June 27, 2025. Both films will also have access to IMAX screens, which has fans speculating that the films could be related to the Spider-Man franchise, namely the third entry in the Venom franchise, and the highly anticipated Spider-Man 4.
Deadline also mentions that as of now, no other high-profile film is set for November 8, 2024, potentially paving the way for Sony to dominate with a Spider-Man film. Universal does have an untitled film set for release on November 1, Warner Bros. has a film set for November 15, and Gladiator 2 is set to premiere on November 22.

Pascal was recently asked by Variety about future projects involving Spider-Man and the Spider-Verse. “Are we going to make another movie? Of course, we are,” Pascal confirmed. “We’re in the process, but the writers strike, nobody is working during the strike. We’re all being supporters and whenever they get themselves together, we’ll get started.”
The most recent Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. It features the voices of Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy, Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker, Issa Rae as
