The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an extremely polished game, to the point where finding a weird bug or glitch is a rarity despite the hundreds of hours you can sink into it. That doesn't mean there aren't any though, especially for those that are trying to break the game in as many weird and wonderful ways as possible. Take Yukino for example, who has stumbled across what they're calling a "punishment ward" after they overloaded the game trying to make a fool out of Ganon.
If you haven't seen Yukino's Tears of the Kingdom clips, they have essentially been trying to beat Ganon in a number of strange ways, each one more ridiculous than the last. However, their latest attempt ended up warping them to some kind of mysterious room (thanks GamesRadar), probably due to them attempting to spawn in hundreds of railings for another one of their wacky contraptions.

Yukino explains that the room itself is pretty bare, though it appears to be a double of the mural room that players can find Hyrule Castle, alebit without any of the rocks. They also explain the room had absolutely no sound or light, and that loading the game from the main menu didn't get them out of the room either. It was only until they rebooted the game entirely that Yukino was able to escape, though they warn that you might be trapped down there forever if you make a manual save.
As for what's actually going on, Yukino thinks that it may have something to do with Blood Moons. For those that don't know, if too much activity happens at once in Tears of the Kingdom, the game will automatically trigger a Blood Moon as a sort of memory failsafe that stops the game from crashing.
