Grand Theft Auto VI is easily one of the most anticipated games coming out. We know next to nothing about it officially. However, we have a good grasp of its location and character protagonists, thanks to several leaks. With that said, it’s been a waiting game for Rockstar Games to unveil this next iteration of the long-running series. While we don’t have anything official quite yet regarding its announcement or trailer reveal, a new rating discovery has some fans speculating that we’re close.
Thanks to Reddit, we’re finding out that the Australian Government classification website has unveiled a Grand Theft Auto VI rating. Now, this is just a placeholder as fans quickly point out the rating being MA15+, whereas the previous installments received MA18+. So, this is not the official rating we’ll see with the next iteration of the game. However, fans are excited because the fact we have a placeholder could be an indicator that something in the background is happening. We don’t have long to go before we’re out of 2023, so fingers are crossed that we get something official for the upcoming game before 2024 arrives. We could be nearing the official reveal trailer, and with it could come plenty of details to either confirm or dispute the slew of reports and leaks. That will also bring out several fan videos and posts dissecting everything highlighted in the trailer.
