Dimension 20 is a popular Dungeons and Dragons actual play series produced by Dropout, a streaming service featuring CollegeHumor comedians and Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan. It is one of the most popular Dungeons and Dragons actual plays out there besides Critical Role, the hit series featuring famous voice actors like Laura Bailey, Liam O’Brien, and Travis Willingham.

Now, it seems Dimension 20 and Critical Role are collaborating in a big way for Dropout's next Dungeons and Dragons actual play season. Dimension 20 recently posted a teaser trailer about the upcoming project beginning in May. Though it revealed no details about the campaign itself, Dimension 20 teased the new series would be run by none other thanCritical Role DM and voice actor Matt Mercer.
This is hardly the first time Critical Role and Dimension 20 have crossed paths. Mercer appeared in Dimension 20 before during Pirates of Leviathan and Escape from the Bloodkeep, and Mulligan DMed the Critical Role special Exandria Unlimited: Calamity. Likewise, several other famous voice actors, comedians, and Dungeons and Dragons personalities including Aabria Iyengar and Erika Ishii have appeared on both Critical Role and Dimension 20 in the past.
