Nearly 17 years to the day Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 was released, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero will reportedly be coming out. That is if a recent datamine leak is to be believed.
According to a datamine from content creator SergioM3R and first shared by DbsHype on Twitter, the game will reportedly be released on October 1, 2024. Beyond the milestone anniversary, Dragon Ball games have also historically had October release dates. Each of the Budokai Tenkaichi games, which Sparking Zero is a spiritual successor to, were released in October, specifically the first few days of the month. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was also released in October.
