For many players, half the fun in an ARPG is min-maxing your damage — finding the most overpowered way to cut through monsters and find legendary loot the fastest. The challenge, however, is that there are remarkably few in-game tools to allow you to calculate just how much damage your skills do at any given time.
Adding in frequent gear changes, and you basically need a spreadsheet to keep track — or a community made program. The creators of d4ut.net thought exactly that, and have created an awesome tool to allow you to plug in your character's stats for a calculated damage output! Community Made Damage Calculator r/diablo4 Community Made Damage Calculator Thread This incredible tool allows you to customize specific stats by class, because burning damage doesn't exactly work for a Rogue — tailored to each damage profile, only the relevant stats are filtered in, meaning you don't have to sort through irrelevant data.
Once you've filled in your stats, all that's left is to calculate — giving you an approximate damage multiplier. What do you think of this community tool? Do you think formal DPS tracking support should be added in-game? Let us know in the comments below! Diablo 4 Patch 1.0.3.
