Many players have been complaining about memory leaks on the PC client since the launch of Diablo 4 — frequently citing this as a reason for numerous crashes and Hardcore deaths. Blizzard has finally made a comment — and it's good news! r/diablo4 Memory Leak Thread Diablo Community Lead Adam Fletcher commented on a thread discussing the issue, posted on r/diablo4 by user WombatInSunglasses. Short and sweet, Fletcher's response indicate a fix is in the works for the launch of Season 1:

This one’s been tricky. But some good news, we believe we have something for the update on 7/18.
