Diablo 4 Season of the Malignant, or Season 1, is introducing major damage buffs for every class. Whether you’re starting a new Seasonal Character as a Barbarian, Rogue, Sorcerer, Necromancer, or Druid, there are damage buffs you’ll immediately notice and enjoy. Though every class received their own personal buffs and nerfs, there is also a myriad of damage buffs that every class gets in Diablo 4 Season of the Malignant.

Now that we have the official Diablo 4 Season of the Malignant patch notes, which is full of bug fixes, new stuff, and class buffs and nerfs, we know that almost every damage type is getting buffed. Whether you play as Barbarian, Rogue, Sorcerer, Necromancer, or Druid, if you use these damage types, then you’ll deal more damage.

While I love to see every class getting several beefy buffs for specific attack types, the damage reduction nerfs that every class gets will definitely make Diablo 4 harder. We’ll kill things faster, but we’ll also get killed faster thanks to the damage buffs and nerfs.
Time will tell how all these buffs and nerfs feel, but regardless, Blizzard will inevitably implement new buffs and nerfs in the future. For now, enjoy Diablo 4 Season of the Malignant and collect those Malignant Hearts.
