"Urn of Bargaining" Season Blessing Also Increases Vendor Service Costs
Watch out, Diablo 4 players — using the Season Blessing which boosts the amount of Gold earned from vendor sales also increases vendor service costs including repairing and rerolling items! In Season of the Malignant, players can use their Smoldering Ashes, which they obtain through the Free Battle Pass, to level up the Season Blessings. These blessings apply buffs to things like monster experience, elixir duration, or salvage material yield.
The Urn of Bargaining, one of the five blessings, increases the amount of Gold earned from vendor sales — a helpful way to make more Gold, by far the most important currency in Diablo 4. However, Diablo streamer DatModz found out that the Urn of Bargaining bonus will not only increase Gold earned from vendor sales — it will also increase Gold spent on vendor features such as Enchanting at the Occultist! We have tested other vendor services like the Blacksmith's Repair service and can say that this bug applies to all services offered by all vendors across Sanctuary, while vendor item prices seem to stay the same.
