As a result of today's 1.0.4 patch, drop rates on ultra-rare Uniques were mistakenly increased as a reward from Helltide Chests. In order to correct these drop rates, the development team has decided to temporarily disable the ability for these Unique items to drop. Blizzard We have temporarily disabled Uber Uniques from dropping in-game while we address an issue with Helltide Chest drops. Players will not be able to obtain the 6 Uber Unique items until a hotfix which we expect to be implemented on Friday afternoon Pacific Time. Other unique items will still be available from these chests.

The increased drop rate of these Uber Unique items was first discovered by content creator Rob2628 and his community. While players will no longer be able to benefit from these increased drop rates, there should be a Hotfix implemented before the weekend that will allow the Uber Uniques to become enabled once again.
