In a recently discovered, undocumented change, it appears that Blizzard has decided to re-enable the «Reset Dungeons» feature that was introduced and then removed during Diablo 4's beta periods earlier this year. While originally praised as a great quality-of-life feature, this option was suddenly removed from the game when Blizzard decided that it brought "unintended consequences".

After completing a dungeon, players will be able to exit and then Reset the dungeon in order to complete it again with no cooldown.
While Patch 1.1.0 has made changes to the way that monsters scale in Normal Dungeons, this feature should work well if a player wants to run the same Nightmare Dungeon multiple times in a row. Additionally, if Malignant Tunnels can be reset using this button, then it might make farming Malignant Hearts much easier.
