Besides the strong base affixes, its passive unique effect defines the incredible potential of this item: When killing an Elite enemy while wielding, players will get one of seven possible Diablo 4 Shrine effects. It is safe to say that, while the Greed Shrine may be the only «low roll» in this scenario, all other six shrine effects more or less trivialize current in-game content.
