Two years ago, Cold Iron Studios released the co-op shooter Aliens: Fireteam Elite, enabling squads of three friends to fulfill their Xenomorph slaughtering fantasies through multiple story campaigns and an expansion the following year that introduced the Xenomorph Queen.
The third-person shooter initially released on most modern platforms, but Nintendo Switch owners have been left out of the action. Now, the developer has announced that Aliens: Fireteam Elite will be making its way onto Switch on April 26, also known as Alien Day, as a cloud-based streaming title. The Switch version will also have full crossplay support across Xbox, PlayStation and PC, with the trailer below providing a glimpse at what new players can expect.
