One Baldur's Gate 3 player took his Dark Urge role to the extreme as they went about not only murdering nearly every NPC in Act 1, but also storing and sorting them in one house.
For those unfamiliar, The Dark Urge is an Origin character in Baldur's Gate 3 that has an insatiable... well... urge to do terrible things. As you progress through the game, you will be tempted by this urge in dialogue options and will be given the choice to lean into it or try to work it from your mind. For this player, they leaned all the way in.
As reported by Dexerto, caufenkamp on Reddit shared their journey with the community, and you have to see the image it to believe it. Warning:the image in the link is NSFW and could be triggering to some.
caufencamp carried his Act 1 victims miles across Baldur's Gate 3's sprawling map and sorted them by race and creature type in one house. While they admit some animals and creatures would "disappear" on them, they have confirmed most everyone is here. They also used a weight mod to allow them to carry their bodies easier.
While many in the comments questioned the motive of caufencamp, they view it as a cool way to "see a visualization of all those you fight in a game." It's also impressive that Baldur's Gate doesn't get rid of those bodies and leaves them there indefinitely.
Baldur's Gate 3 is the gift that keeps on giving, and that's why we gave it a rare 10/10.
