Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon Video Reveals Incredible Alien Design
Director Zack Snyder shares a Rebel Moon video revealing the incredible alien character design from his anticipated sci-fi epic coming to Netflix. Following his tenure in the DC Extended Universe which produced divisive films such as Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Justice League, Snyder returned to his roots with the zombie flick, Army of the Dead, which released on Netflix to much success in May 2021. Snyder's next film, Rebel Moon, will continue his creative partnership with the streaming service.
Rebel Moon stars a massive ensemble cast that includes Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, Ray Fisher, Djimon Hounsou, Doona Bae, Staz Nair, Alfonso Herrera, Jena Malone, Stuart Martin, Ed Skrein, Cary Elwes, and Corey Stoll. With a script by Snyder, Shay Hatten, and Kurt Johnstad, Rebel Moon is set in a distant galaxy and tells the story of a peaceful colony threatened by a tyrannical warlord named Balisarius and their only hope to save them is one young woman with a mysterious past who scours nearby planets in search of warriors willing to join the resistance and challenge the regent.Rebel Moon started filming this past April and since then, several looks at the film have surfaced online as production hums along.
