Anthony Hopkins’ robotic character in an image Zack Snyder shared from Rebel Moon gives a couple of hints about the character’s origins and influences. Built as a two-part story, Rebel Moon brings together a large ensemble cast that includes Sofia Boutella, Ray Fisher, Cary Elwes, Djimon Hounsou, Charlie Hunnam, and other big stars. Anthony Hopkins also became just the most recent addition to the Rebel Moon cast.

Jimmy is described as “a sentient JC1435 mechanized battle robot and one-time defender of the slain King.” (via Netflix Geeked) The antlers born by Jimmy could be a major indicator of the culture the robot came from.
