Update []: Now that Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 has been officially revealed, Epic has released a cinematic trailer showing off some of the Battle Pass characters and demonstrating the vibes of the latest update. We’ve embedded it below.

Epic Games has showcased the first trailer for Fortnite’s anticipated Chapter 6 Season 1 update, which is named Hunters and has a Japanese theme.
The big takeaway from the trailer is that Godzilla will be roaming the map, which should lead to some exciting set-piece moments during Battle Royale. We’ll need to wait for further gameplay details to understand exactly how this will work.

We also get a glimpse of some of the new locations in the game. There’s a downtown Tokyo-style urban area, complete with a remodelled train based on the city’s famous locos. There’s also a more traditional district with temples and yokai.
