Capcom is looking out for your hard drive. Although Street Fighter 6 is still a relatively compact 60 GB, you won't have to download all of it when the game arrives in June. According to the Xbox and Microsoft storefronts, you'll be able to download just the parts of Street Fighter 6 that you want, whether that be a robust suite of multiplayer modes or the new single-player campaign.
Head on over to the Xbox site, and you'll see Street Fighter 6's Fighting Ground and World Tour game modes are listed as separate add-ons. Fighting Ground is the game mode that has Street Fighter 6's online multiplayer modes, including Versus, Online Battle, Extreme Battle, and Training Mode. World Tour, meanwhile, is the new single-player story where you create your own character and then travel the world to train under Street Fighter legends in order to win a global fighting tournament.

Battle Hub--Street Fighter 6's online social space where players can play classic Capcom games, view online matches, or challenge other players in an arcade-style environment--doesn't have its own add-on listing, implying that Battle Hub might just be part of the core SF6 download.
You'll still need to purchase Street Fighter 6 in order to download either Fighting Ground or World Tour, but the fact that you can download them separately means you'll be able to save some space on your drive by just downloading the parts of SF6 that you want. If you just want to go online to fight other players as Street Fighter characters, then download Fighting Ground.
