Capcom has updated its list of Platinum Titles, reflecting sales figures as of December 31st, 2024. Among the many big-name titles that saw small to sizable bumps is Street Fighter 6. The latest iteration of the company’s flagship fighter has sold 4.4 million units, up from the four million sold in September 2024.
Street Fighter 6 launched in June 2023 for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. It earned significant critical acclaim, selling over one million copies in five days. The revamped art style and direction, combined with the new Drive system, led to a resurgence in longtime fans. Features like rollback netcode and crossplay alongside the new Battle Hub and World Tour also earned praise.
