The item only has a 3.6% drop chance from looting chests within Skull Cavern, but can also be purchased from JojaMart after completing the Joja Community Development Form. Commenters on the post share their luck with the elusive Auto Petter tool but also share some sad tales of what can go horribly wrong once looting one for the first time.
