The ever-reliable leaker Billbil-kun claims to know the release date of the next game coming from Hazelight, the studio behind It Takes Two and A Way Out.
Writing on Dealabs, they report that the next title directed by Josef Fares will be launching on «PC as well as consoles» on 6th March, 2025.
Billbil-kun previously said the game's title is Split Fiction, and will be another co-op only experience from the developer. It'll also apparently be published by EA Originals.
The report also states that the game will be officially unveiled with a trailer at some point this month, with the natural venue for that being at The Game Awards 2024. Josef Fares has appeared to make announcements at the show before, so this all seems to line up quite nicely.
It's obviously just one person's word on the matter, but Billbil-kun has a pretty robust track record when it comes to leaks, and with The Game Awards looming, we wouldn't be surprised to see Hazelight's next game soon.

It takes two was brilliant. Played it with my son and we both loved it. Really excited to see what they have next. Brothers a tale of two sons was also really impactful, they are a studio with a real pedigree now.
It takes two is hands down the most fun me and the wife have had gaming together so I will definitely be keeping my eyes on whatever Hazelight do next.
