Brutal Action Sequel Tails of Iron 2 Arrives Earlier Than Expected, with January Release on PS5, PS4 | Push Square
Great-looking sequel Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter has nailed down a release date on PS5 and PS4. The side-scrolling action title will actually launch sooner than anticipated, jumping ahead of its previous February window to the 28th January.
The first Tails of Iron was really well received — and this follow-up is promising improvements pretty much across the board. The property's demanding but satisfying combat system has been refined, players are being promised a sizeable, «semi-open» world to explore, and a new night and day system should bring some extra immersion to the adventure.
