Once Human Gets 2025 Roadmap, New Challenges Starting in January, With Mobile Release in April
Once Human got a roadmap update outline for all of 2025, and a launch date for the mobile version.
The mobile version will be released in April after a series of beta tests to help the team refine the mobile experience. Closed beta ended today and, with the announcement of the release window, pre-registration is open. You can potentially get some Legendary cosmetics for pre-registration. They'll also be picking some players each week in a drawing to get a redemption code.
The 2025 roadmap is here and there are some significant new features, new scenarios, events on the way, and a number of improvements and optimizations for new and returning content.
On January 16th, the first update of 2025 will bring the ability to change your character gender, escape room parts for Eternaland, and the Visional Wheel, Lunar Oracle s1. During this time, there will be a strange effect on Deviants and Metas. The status effect reduces your sanity and the only way to regain it is to keep fighting. The lower your HP gets, however, your material gain from gathering, mining, and killing Deviants will be higher, so you might find it advantageous to strike a balance between letting yourself take damage and lose some sanity before you strike back and try to regain some balance. How much risk you're willing to take will matter.
From February to March look for the debut of the custom server version 1.0 Eterrnaland minigame parts, and a hide backpack option. In April, Vsional Wheel s2 happens, and the mobile version will launch.
As we approach spring, the custom server will get version 2.0, and some new scenarios in early access. Code: Broken, Code: Purification and a new, optimized The Way of Winter.
