A Skyrim fan has managed to amass a small army in-game by gaslighting quest followers. Skyrim has plenty of followers for gamers to explore the world with, and this player has brought lots of them together to form an unbeatable team.
Released in 2011, Skyrim formed the base for what many modern RPGs now try and replicate to this day. With the game having plenty of quests to complete and lands to visit, the addition of companions was the perfect way to ensure players didn't have to adventure alone. Whether it's hiring a mercenary for cash or taking a Guild member along on the journey, Skyrim offers plenty of ways for players to adventure as a group. Many of the game's followers, such as Lydia, have even become an essential part of the game's online presence, with a plethora of memes emerging from some of the character's dialogue.
Skyrim Player Uses ChatGPT AI To Generate New Quests
The small army was revealed in a Reddit post by user dumbeyes_, who claimed to be gaslighting every quest follower in the game to bring the group together. By claiming to be helping each character with their own specific quests, the player can take all of them on the adventure at once. Several notable Skyrimcharacters feature, including Delphine, Aela the Huntress, and even Fenrig the ghost. To display the power of the team, dumbeyes_ faces off against the Ebony Warrior, whom the team dispatches in just a couple of seconds.
While the plan will certainly make fights easier, it's not all positive. The user describes moving between confined spaces as «hell,» with every NPC fighting for space. According to the post, the player can't even shout them out of the way, as one of the NPCs, Thonnir, gives the player a bounty and attacks the other characters.
