Season 4 launches tomorrow and it's important to note that the Season 3 tier set pieces do not count towards the Season 4 tier sets, even if the bonuses are the same.

For many specs, the Tier Set that won the Season 4 poll is the same set bonus as Season 3.

Even though the set bonus for these specs in Season 4 is the exact same, the old Tier will not count towards the new set bonuses. For example, having 2 pieces of the S4 Tier and 2 pieces of the S3 Tier equipped will NOT get you a 4 piece bonus.

This is likely for fairness so that every spec must get a new 4 piece to get their bonuses. In addition, from tests on the PTR, having 2 2-set bonuses doesn't seem to do anything.
