To reach this area, travel to Grymforge by heading to the Underdark Beach Waypoint near the coast of Decrepit Village, then take the boat floating on the shoreline.
Upon clearing through Grymforge and descending the broken staircase to the forge, take an immediate right from the platform and jump over to find several broken rocky platforms in a pool of bubbling lava. The Sentient Amulet is a locked chest on the largest platforms towards the back of this area,at coordinates -624, 224. GRIFFIN offers a visual walkthrough detailing the precise directions to find the chest in this precarious area.
The surrounding lava is particularly hazardous, as it’s extremely volatile and will significantly damage you and your party. To make exploring this terrain more manageable, you should beat the Lava Elemental that roams this area. This stops the lava from erupting, making it much easier to cross.
